ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who arrayed as accused in Crime No.83 of 2015 apprehends arrested at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offences under Sections 498A and 406 of IPC on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the de facto complainant was harassed by the petitioner, demanding additional dowry.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the de facto complainant that the dispute between the petitioner and de facto complainant have been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court.

4. Considering the fact that on receiving the Mediation report, the respondent Police can drop further action in this case. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
