PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for the willfully disobeying the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3189 of 2021 dated 01.03.2021. Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 3189/ 2021 :

Petition filed under section 482 Code of Crl Procedure to direct the respondents to expedite the investigation in Cr.No.357/2007 on the file of the 2nd respondent and file a final report.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3189 of 2021 dated 01.03.2021, thereby, directing the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.357 of 2007 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that, as directed by this Court, the second respondent completed the investigation and filed a final report on 31.03.2022 and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.63 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
