This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction against the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 27.07.2021 and issue separate patta in her name in respect of Survey No.212/6A in Plot No.69 consisting of 1200 sq.ft., situated at Vasantham Nagar, Dindigul East, Dindigul District based on the registered sale deed vide Doc.No.4860 of 2019. 2.Heard Mr.P.Manikandan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The petitioner had purchased the aforementioned property from one T.Vasanthi, w/o R.Ganeshan by a registered sale deed registered as Doc.No.4860/2019, dated 30.09.2019. After purchase, the petitioner had applied for change of patta. She had given a representation on 27.07.2021.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the petitioner may file an application through online in accordance with rules and regulations.
5.Permission is, therefore, granted to the petitioner file a fresh application through online for grant of separate patta. If such application is filed, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of that application, the second respondent must examine the sale deed, by which the petitioner purchased the property and after taking into consideration all other factors, if the petitioner is entitled for separate patta, proceed to grant separate patta.
6.No further orders are required.
7.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
