This civil revision petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi, to dispose of the Cr.M.P.No.3763 of 2022 in D.V.C.No.1 of 2019 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.The grievance of the revision petitioner is that the main DVC order was passed on 01.12.2021. After that the present Cr.M.P. has been filed. In spite of the fact that the respondent appeared, so far no final order has been passed.
3.In view of the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi, to expedite the above said proceedings and complete the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
