ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, (ie., 11.02.2022) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case, after completing the investigation, the respondent police laid the charge sheet and the case was taken on file as P.R.C.No.5 of 2022, on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Manapparai. The learned Judicial Magistrate has ordered for issuance of summons to the accused, including the petitioner. 2.Since summons were issued, the question of granting anticipatory bail does not arise. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial Court and execute the bond, if directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

3.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
