ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take action, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in respect of the petitioner's property, the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.11 of 2017 on the file of the Sub-ordinate Court, Aruppukkottai against one K.Suzhiyanayagam Servai and others and also the Government Revenue Officials. He further submitted that the proposed accused persons have put a Board containing the recital as the said place belongs to "Andiyanan Servai Vagaiyara" and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

08.02.2018, but, sofar, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that the complaint received by a Registered Post and the same is still pending before the fourth respondent.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the fourth respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
