This miscellaneous petition is to condone the delay of 1400 days in filing the review application to review the order dated 27.02.2017 in W.P.(MD) No.1196 of 2016.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the delay may be condoned on payment of hefty costs. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and taking note of the stand of the respondents, this miscellaneous petition is ordered and the delay of 1400 days in filing the review application is condoned subject to the payment of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) by the petitioners to the Roja Vanam Senior Citizens Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, near High Court, Madurai-625 020 , within a period of four weeks from today.
