This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner in Crl.O. P.(MD)No.23516 of 2025 dated 18.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police raised an objection to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.O. P.(MD)No.23516 of 2025 dated 18.12.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Alangulam, once in 15 days, without fail.
