ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the fourth respondent herein has borrowed a sum of Rs.21,00,000/- from the petitioner and executed a promissory note for Rs.3,00,000/- and also issued a cheque for Rs.18,00,000/- and based on the aforesaid documents, the petitioner has filed a civil suit for recovery of the amount and the same is still pending and that being so, the fourth respondent gave a false complaint stating that the petitioner has borrowed the amount from him. Based on the said complaint, the third respondent is harassing the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, the third respondent has conducted an
enquiry and closed the complaint as dispute is civil in nature and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
