ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A2 to A4, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 354, 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., r/w Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.294 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the the petitioners and others way laid the de-facto complainant and attacked the same and also threatened him with dire consequences.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the injured is discharged from the hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured had already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Manapparai and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further condition that the petitioners 1 and 3 shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation and the second petitioner being a college student, shall appear before the respondent police daily at 06.00 p.m., for a period of two weeks. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.
