This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in summons issued by the first respondent dated 26.02.2018 and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the second respondent has appeared before the first respondent and given statement that she has preferred a complaint against the first petitioner and his family members before the All Women Police Station, Dindigul, and requested not to proceed further in the complaint, which has been given by her. second respondent, the first respondent has closed the complaint given by the second respondent.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
