ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A2 to A4 in Crime No.867 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 302 of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail.
2.According to the prosecution, the first accused is a widower and he is having two daughters and one among them is a mentally retarded, aged about 14 years old and the deceased, who is a auto driver came to the house of A1 and misbehaved her and also took her to the auto stand, when it was questioned by the accused a wordy quarrel arose between them, the accused attacked the deceased with knife and caused his death. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocents and they have been falsely implicated in this case and even as per the case of the prosecution, the occurrence had taken in a sudden provocation and it is not a pre-planned one. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the case was registered based on the complaint given by the mother of the deceased, who has stated that her son was a drunker and he was murdered by the accused.

petitioners are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruchirapalli and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
