This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry by considering his representation dated 27.02.2018 made to the first respondent police. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
