ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 2 to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.88 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent are present.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that this matter has already been referred as 'Mistake of Fact' and a report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam on 20.07.2015. He further submitted that RCs notice was already sent to the defacto Complainant.
