This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, calling for the records pertaining to the the case in P.R.C.No.1 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Tiruchirapalli, and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the aforesaid case has been taken on file as S.C.No.47 of 2018 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Trichy. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
