ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants his name to be included in the petition mentioned computerised patta. In this regard, he has given a representation dated 25.09.2022. Since it was not acted upon, this writ petition came to be filed.

3.The first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in the matter and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
