ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the false complaint given by the third respondent, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 19.01.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the third respondent, CSR came to be registered. After enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed. Subsequently, the petitioner has given a complaint to the first respondent/Commissioner of Police and the same was forwarded to the second respondent and the same is now pending. He would further submit that since there existed a money dispute between the parties, the respondent police was instructed to close the complaint. 2/4
3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
