Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJARAM.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.MAHENDRARAJAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to pay the entire arrear amount of Rs.80,000/- made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11707 of 2022 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.949 of 2022, dated 28.09.2022.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 28.09.2022, this Court directed the petitioner to pay the entire arrear amount as directed by the trial Court to the respondent on or before 17.10.2022 and that subsequently, time was extended thrice and lastly till 27.03.2023.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has not complied with the order of this Court and seeks further one month time.
4. Considering the time already granted to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to extend the time. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
