ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused persons have created certain false documents and with a view to grab the petitioner's property and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 12.02.2018, but, sofar, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.
