ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the registering authority to make rectification in the petition mentioned sale deed. It is too well settled that it has to be a bilateral act involving the executant also. Before this Court, the executant has not been made as a party. The registering authority on his own cannot make corrections in the registered document at the instance of one party to the document. The prayer is misconceived. The petitioner will have to enforce her civil rights elsewhere. The registering authority lacks the jurisdiction to act in the manner suggested by the writ petitioner. 3.With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
