This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.232 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State represented that the F.I.R, registered in Crime No.232 of 2013 , after completing the investigation, was closed as mistake of fact on 30.08.2015. Hence, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous.
