This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register a case against the accused persons on the representation dated 29.11.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has already been registered in Crime No.4 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 417 and 420 IPC on the file of the second respondent police. He has also produced a copy of the FIR to that effect.
