ORDER

The petitioner seeks legal heir certificate for his deceased grandparents, namely, Narayanasamy Nayakkar and Velammal. It is seen that the jurisdictional VAO had already conducted enquiry and also issued certificate. The petitioner is permitted to submit an online application to the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to consider the same and issue certificate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

2.This writ petition is allowed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
