ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner entered into a sale agreement with one Murugan for purchasing the property and in pursuance of the said agreement she paid a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- , but subsequently, the said Murugan has sold the said property to one Rajan on 27.12.2018 and thereby he cheated the petitioner. He further submitted that after knowing the aforesaid fact, the petitioner has made a request to the said Murugan to return the money, but he refused to return the money and abused her with filthy language and also criminally intimidated her. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 14.01.2018, but sofar no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that the enquiry is pending before the second respondent.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
