RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the days 661 of delay in representation of the W.A.S.R. (MD)No.11417 of 2015 on the file of Honourable Court. Prayer in WA(MD) No.SR11417 of 2015:- To allow the Writ Appeal and set aside the order dated 03.02.2015 passed in WP(MD)No.15533 of 2014 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Letter No. Niru/A2/Mu.Aa/28/2013 dated 13.05.2013 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of Junior Tradesman from the date on which the candidates who appeared in the interview along with him were appointed, by deducting the period of Apprenticeship Tranining undergone by him from 07.05.1999 to 06.05.2000 in the 1st respondent corporation while determining his upper age limit for appointment to the post of Junior Tradesman and pass such further or other orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.JEYARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.

This petition seeking to condone the delay of 661 days in representing the appeal is allowed and the delay is condoned, on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/-, within a period of one week from today, to the credit of Creceh Account, Women Lawyers'Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai. It is made clear that if the cost is not paid by the petitioners within the time stipulated in this order, the present Miscellaneous Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
