3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry by way of registering the FIR or complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall cooperate with the enquiry. 5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
