ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.101 of 2016.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case on 15.02.2016 in Crime No.101 of 2016 under Section 279, 337 IPC and Section 187 of Motor Vehicles Act, but, so far, final report has not been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that investigation is in progress and he requests three months time for filing final report.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
