To modify the condition in para No. 6(b)imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23948 of 2025 dt. 26.12.2025 to the effect that directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 5.00 p.m. instead of daily at 10.30 a.m.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

3. Taking into consideration the submissions made, para No.6,condition No.(b) of the order dated 26.12.2025 is modified to the effect that "(b)the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once, ie., every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The other portions of the order remains unaltered.
