Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate(Crl.side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21702 of 2025, dated 27.11.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the first petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in 15 days ie., every 1st and 15th working day at 10.30 a.m, until further orders and the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
