ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.178 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.08.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392, 397 r/w. 506(ii) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case was registered based on the complaint given by one Sonaimuthu and now he, has filed an affidavit stating that no such occurrence had taken place. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982, by order dated 17.08.2015.
