ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's wife gave a false complaint against the petitioner before the second respondent and based on that, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner. 3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner's wife, the second respondent has forwarded the said complaint to the District Welfare Officer and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry after receipt of a report from the District Welfare Officer and during the said enquiry, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

should not be subjected to unnecessary harassment. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
