This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the first respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and her construction workers and do not compel them to stop their renovation work into her owned house under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that after enquiry, the complaint was closed by recording the reason that the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature.
3.In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not pressing the Criminal Original Petition. 4.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
