The first anticipatory bail application filed by him was dismissed by this court in Crl.OP(MD)No.15652 of 2014, dated 24.06.2014 in respect of this petitioner, who is the husband of the defacto complainant. It is seen that this petitioner got married to the defacto complainant on 20.05.2009 and thereafter the defacto complainant alleged that the petitioner has demanding money from here frequently and for that she and here father had taken loans from various institutions and had paid the petitioner. It is also further alleged that the petitioner used to come in a drunken mood and assault the petitioner.
