This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.02.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after preliminary enquiry, FIR has been registered in Crime No.102 of 2018 under the caption of 'Man Missing' and investigation is pending.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, the criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
