ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the respondents 3 and 4 gave a false complaint against the petitioner and based on the said complaint, the second respondent frequently calling the petitioner and harassing her. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that three

complaints have been received against the petitioner as she has received amount by giving false promise that she will make arrangements for getting job in abroad, but subsequently, she did not make any arrangements for job and also refused to return the amount and he further submitted that only for enquiry purpose the petitioner was called and she did not appear and hence, the enquiry is still pending.

4.If the petitioner not appeared for enquiry, the second respondent can enquire with the de facto complainants and if the enquiry discloses any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law. Instead of doing so, he should not unnecessarily harass the petitioner. 5.With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
