This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint, dated 01.02.2018 preferred by the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC., and to take action against the accused persons.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner did not co-operate for the enquiry. Hence, the complaint has not been registered so far.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall co-operate for enquiry as and when necessary.

4. In view of the undertaking made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
