ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 07.01.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC r/w 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.09 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is said to have waylaid the defacto complainant namely Maragatham for physical affairs. The defacto complainant refused to do so. For which, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant. Thereby, the defacto complainant sustained injury.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that the petitioner is having 50 previous cases similar in nature. Out of which, 42 cases were ended in acquittal.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner have no other work except committing crime activities.

Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, there will be a direction to the the Law Enforcing Agency to complete the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
