Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the third respondent to file a final report in Crime No.633 of 2017 on the file of the third respondent.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to file a final report in Crime No.633 of 2017. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after investigation, the matter has been referred as 'mistake of fact' and the report has been submitted to the District Collector of Madurai and only after getting necessary order from the District Collector, Madurai, the report will be filed before the concerned court.

3.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the third respondent, who is being the investigating officer, is directed to file a final report immediately before the concerned Court, after receiving the report from the Collector and also issue notice with regard to the filing of the final report to the petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
