ORDER

With the consent of parties, considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

The petitioner claiming to be the owner of the lands in S.F.No.261, new T.S.No.66, Ward-C, Block No.3 measuring 0.0063.0 sq.mt, Sevalur Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District having purchased the same under registered sale deed dated 23.10.2015 seeks for demarcation of the property. He has made an online application on 22.11.2024.

4. The specific contention put forth in the affidavit is that the respondents 1 & 2 have not taken any steps to demarcate the petitioner's land. Further, adjacent land owners namely the respondents 4 to 7 are also causing disturbance to the petitioner's possession. He would, therefore, also seeks for police protection at the time of survey the petitioner's land.

5. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, I am inclined to issue a direction to the first and second respondents to conduct survey with the assistance of the officials of the third respondent and also after putting the respondents 4 to 7 on notice about the proposed survey. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
