ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for respondents 1 and 3.

2. The petitioner is shown as accused in C.C. No.18694 of 2019 on the file of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Special N.I. Act), Ahmedabad, Gujarat, for the offences under Sections 138 r/w. 141 and 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

3. It appears that Non Bailable Warrant has been issued against the petitioner on 05.12.2019. The case has been adjourned to 04.02.2020.

4. The petitioner's counsel undertakes that the petitioner will appear before the concerned Court on the next hearing date on 04.02.2020 and apply for recall of warrant. She only seeks breathing time to do so.

5. Recording the undertaking given by the petitioner's counsel that she will appear before the jurisdictional Court for recall of warrant, the petitioner is granted interstate anticipatory bail. In view of the specific undertaking given by the petitioner that she will appear before the concerned Court on the next hearing date on 04.02.2020, the first respondent herein is directed to not to arrest and remand the petitioner herein till then.

6. This criminal original petition stands allowed, on these terms.
