The writ petition is filed for a Mandamus seeking direction to the respondents not to locate or open the TASMAC shop at Sirunayakkanpatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.01.2022. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent states that the objections raised by the petitioner are incorrect and that they have already submitted a proposal to the 1st respondent on 24.12.2021 which is pending consideration.

If that is so, the 1st respondent / District Collector, Dindigul District, is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.01.2022 also by affording him an opportunity of personal hearing and then pass appropriate orders on the proposal sent by the 2nd respondent. The said exercise be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
