ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondnet to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is running a Shop in the name and style of "Thangam Pipes" at Madurai and on 15.12.2016, the petitioner has sold plywood sheets on credit basis for Rs.4,19,284/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Four only) to one Packiyaraj Pandiyan and subsequently, he refused to pay the amount and when the same was questioned, one Jagatheesh along with four identifiable persons came to the petitioner's shop and criminally intimidated the petitioner by using filthy language. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 22.02.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken.

that enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
