ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the second respondent informed the petitioner that one Sivaranjini, daughter of Veera Thevar is missing and for that, the petitioner's son, Ranjith Kumar was responsible and also insisted the petitioner to surrender his son. He further submitted that neither the petitioner nor his son involved in crime and that being so, the second respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioners and his family members.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) has submitted that so far as, no complaint has been received against the petitioner and his son and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
