ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is practising as an advocate, with a view to help his client, made an enquiry with one Suresh, Manager of Municipal Corporation, as to why the petitioner's property was not surveyed and at that time, the said Suresh and his colleagues have expelled the petitioner from the Office of the Municipal Commissioner by using unparliamentary words and also uttering the name of the petitioner's caste and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 01.02.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that enquiry is pending before the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
