The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.17 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police and to file a final report within a stipulated period. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation had been completed in Crime No. 17 of 2023 and final report was also laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi. The same was taken on file as C.C.No.12 of 2024. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
