ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A2, A3, A5 and A6 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 498-A, 406 and 506(i) of IPC and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Woman Harassment Act, in Crime No.10 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant is the wife of A1 and the petitioners are in-laws of the de-facto complainant and all the accused harassed the de-facto complainant by demanding more dowry.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that earlier the matter was referred to mediation centre, but the medication could not succeed.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that A1 is the husband of the de-facto complainant and after marriage, all accused harassed the de-facto complainant by demanding more dowry. It is further submitted that in this case, the respondent police is awaiting for the report of the Social Welfare Officer.
5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the interim anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioners, dated 21.08.2014 is made regular.
