ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused has sold the petitioner's property to one Iyer by saying that the said property is his ancestral property and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 27.02.2017, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the enquiry is pending before the second respondent. 4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
