PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to pass appropriate order directing the respondents to produce the petitioners to produce the Petitioner's brother Vinu, aged 37 years before this Court and set him at liberty. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to pass appropriate order directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's brother Vinu, aged 37 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. In pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent registered F.I.R. in Crime No.315 of 2019 under man missing. Thereafter, the second respondent formed a special team and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and secure the petitioner's brother within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
