ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the second respondent dated 16.11.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that already the Tahsildar, Paramakudi has forwarded a report to the District Collector, Ramanathapuram stating that the earlier legal heirship certificate was granted without adding all the legal heirs and therefore it must be cancelled and a fresh legal heirship certificate must be given by adding the names of all the legal heirs of the deceased Syed Abuthalib.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and the submissions of the learned Government Advocate is recorded and the written instructions received from the Thasildar, Paramakudi is taken on file and this writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
