..Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to take his mini buses bearing Registration No.TN 31 N 0086, TN 72 N 0154 and TN 47 A 1177 from Palayamkottai Market to Vannarpet for making "U" turn to enable them for next trip from Palayamkottai Market to Sudharshan Nagar (Ariyakulam) and Palayamkottai Market to Fathima Kovil respectively by considering her representation dated 20.01.2021.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is a mini bus operator. The petitioner has been granted permit to ply on the certain route. The petitioner is expressing certain difficulties and therefore, wants variation to be made. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 20.01.2021.

3.It is for the respondents to pass orders thereon. The respondents are directed to pass orders on the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
